Este Microsoft de ahora es Platform Agnostic y su enfoque sin ecosistemas cerrados suena muy bien, habrá que ver como se refleja en su market share y su valor percibido en los mercados.

Sobre el tema de Uber hay muchas voces (ahí está el #ubersequeda) , pero creo que no mucho análisis.

De nuevo, el corto-plazismo y la estrechez de miras.

Uber no es parte de la Sharing economy, los que están prestando el servicio no lo hacen por "conocer gente" ni "no aburrirse en casa" , eso último es especialmente doloroso en la intransitable ciudad de México.

Para que uber exista tiene que haber una terrible desigualdad en ingresos, están los que pueden pagar (y en este caso prefieren uber porque son unidades en mejor estado y  con tarifas accesibles, sin taximetros alterados) y los que necesitan o quieren un ingreso sin tener que pasar por el burocrático esquema de las placas.

Aquí el ganador es uber, que recibe ingresos sin mucho riesgo o inversión (el software no cuesta más cuando se copia), no son en muchas ocasiones sus conductores, y tampoco lo son los taxistas que sienten que el esquema al que entraron no está siendo protegido.

Ahora bien, ya lo hemos dicho antes, cuando los gobiernos avientan leyes a competir con una tecnología, las cosas no mejoran.

Ahora uber será ilícito, más oportunidades de corrupción de las autoridades y agresiones por parte de los taxistas, y una base de usuarios que hace mucho ruido en redes sociales, pero no mucho más.

Aqui en serio nadie gana, ni los conductores de uber, ni los taxistas, y menos los usuarios.

Que podría haber pasado si los taxistas tuvieran que competir con uber, no sé, tal vez dejar de adueñarse los objetos olvidados, negar el servicio porque "no les queda", ponerle un aromatizante al auto y/o tenerlo en mejor estado, todas cosas que ahora no tendrán incentivo para implementar.

La falta de auto critica y el victimismo es uno de los muchos problemas que nos lastran como sociedad,también la estrechez de miras.

Es muy cómodo "denunciar", "señalar como todos se equivocan" y hacerse el débil de la historia.

Gerardo García de motorpasión hizo na nota que está para llorar :

¿Por qué México es tan atractivo para los fabricantes de autos... y no es ninguna buena noticia?

En ella, el autor acusa a las (malévolas) marcas fabricantes de automóviles de pagar menos que en otras partes del mundo, como si esa fuese una decisión que se hubiese tomado en un vacío, igual que hay que señalarle a los muy optimistas con el dinamismo del sector automotriz que esas inversiones en México no son caridad, ni regalos, al señor García habría que recordarle que los mismos mexicanos tenemos décadas dinamitando nuestros ingresos con discusiones sobre como el subir el salario mínimo sería una inflación en automático y unas relaciones obrero-patronales que son dignas de un cuento de terror.

Como pasa con gente que habita estados que después de la década de los 80s han visto caer su posición en la economía por no participar de sectores en crecimiento, el señor García no parece tener una perspectiva de largo plazo, y menos de ver "todo el cuadro" , tal vez debiera viajar más y platicar con la gente que labora en estas plantas, y en todos niveles, no sólo en la línea de producción, también con los ingenieros, compradores y demás labores de logística de los lugares donde se arman autos en México, en algunos casos las armadoras y sus empresas satélites son lo que permite que haya un modo de vida en ciertos lugares, en otros casos y en determinados perfiles son las mejores ofertas si uno no quiere mudarse, o bien, si uno en lugares como la ciudad de México no encuentra trabajo ligeramente bien pagado, tiene la opción de que sus estudios le permitan colocarse ahi como un primer trabajo.

La discusión que debemos tener es porque tenemos salarios tan bajos y prioridades tan malas.

Pues bien, la bien amada GTX680 (Kepler) de Asus, con lagrimas en los ojos se despidió de su casa, el Storm Striker y se fue a reemplazar a la caída.

Como emergencia la 650 del HTPC subió a suplir a su hermana mayor, aunque de momento no juego mucho, así que nunca se le exigió, sólo reprodujo unos cuantos episodios en bluray de The Clone Wars y algunos vídeos en Youtube de sables de luz personalizados (quiero uno) y regreso a la TV, no quería desarmar las dos computadoras, pero al menos me sirvió para darles "un trapazo".

Amazon (que ojalá si tenga estos elementos cuando abra su bodega en el estado de México) envió el reemplazo (cobrando una locura por la importación, espero lo reembolsen porque de otro modo la inanición será el resultado) de manera expedita, todo era miel sobre hojuelas, iba a estar aquí el lunes, y muy temprano, pero no, mis enemigos naturales, los agentes aduanales dispusieron de otra cosa, y la tenían que revisar, sin pulseras para proteger a esta pieza de la electricidad estática, a fuerza la tenían que revisar, no fuera yo a tener los planos para vender Pemex o que la droga viniera de Estados Unidos (¿si saben que es al revés?)

Y no mentían, cuando estás en 2D los ventiladores ni siquieran trabajan.

Solo corrí GTAV unos minutos, y vaya que es diferente la experiencia, con 4 gigas de memoria parece no tener problema (a diferencia de la debacle que fue la llegada de la 970 para nvidia)

Ya les contaré cuando por fin tenga tiempo de jugar, yo creo que (con suerte) será  junio con un tal Arkham Knight.
