Crysis 2 minimum system requirements ..is that it?

Crysis 2 Crysis became so infamous for making lesser PCs cry for its inadequacy that even to this day the people with nothing better to do still flood posts about new rigs, cpus, vidcards with the sempiternal question

....but will it run Crysis?

As stated on this blog in December, there was a time when the people at crytek boated that crysis would never be seen on consoles because the hardware was just too lame, but, you know what they say, Talk is cheap and now, here we are, Crysis 2 will be playable with a gamepad ......, it was good news for people that want to play on older hardware, I mean, X-box 360 was released on 2005 and even a computer from that time is more capable (the software sadly is not as polished) and you know what?, with today's announcement of the minimum requirements we have confirmation that the leap is not as big.+

Directx 9 is OK again, you can still use Windows XP, a 2006 CPU and a 2007/2008 gpu is more than enough (I reckon most of those 8800 already committed suicide)
Of course the maximum or recommended specs are not available yet, but unless they aren't afraid burning the console buyers with really better graphics, load times and effects we will not see something that demands upgrades .
