Sobre el tema de Uber hay muchas voces (ahí está el #ubersequeda) , pero creo que no mucho análisis.

De nuevo, el corto-plazismo y la estrechez de miras.

Uber no es parte de la Sharing economy, los que están prestando el servicio no lo hacen por "conocer gente" ni "no aburrirse en casa" , eso último es especialmente doloroso en la intransitable ciudad de México.

Para que uber exista tiene que haber una terrible desigualdad en ingresos, están los que pueden pagar (y en este caso prefieren uber porque son unidades en mejor estado y  con tarifas accesibles, sin taximetros alterados) y los que necesitan o quieren un ingreso sin tener que pasar por el burocrático esquema de las placas.

Aquí el ganador es uber, que recibe ingresos sin mucho riesgo o inversión (el software no cuesta más cuando se copia), no son en muchas ocasiones sus conductores, y tampoco lo son los taxistas que sienten que el esquema al que entraron no está siendo protegido.

Ahora bien, ya lo hemos dicho antes, cuando los gobiernos avientan leyes a competir con una tecnología, las cosas no mejoran.

Ahora uber será ilícito, más oportunidades de corrupción de las autoridades y agresiones por parte de los taxistas, y una base de usuarios que hace mucho ruido en redes sociales, pero no mucho más.

Aqui en serio nadie gana, ni los conductores de uber, ni los taxistas, y menos los usuarios.

Que podría haber pasado si los taxistas tuvieran que competir con uber, no sé, tal vez dejar de adueñarse los objetos olvidados, negar el servicio porque "no les queda", ponerle un aromatizante al auto y/o tenerlo en mejor estado, todas cosas que ahora no tendrán incentivo para implementar.

Abril fue un mes de muchos desplazamientos, como en los días en que uno era más joven, aunque soy el primero en reconocer que las rutas son muy malas, no so eficientes, pero es que después de comenzar el mes con puente, ya quería poner manos a la obra.


Apenas ayer (Abrl 29) mientras regresaba de Ciudad Juárez estaba comenzando el evento de MS, y apenas me estoy poniendo al día :P , dios bendiga a la gente que pone estos en línea.
