State ot the Union

The embedded text that follows is the transcript of President Obama's State of the union address on January 27th.

I could not watch the whole thing but you have to give it to president Obama, his Speech did not sound as academic as some of the campaign did and it was an effort to set him at the center and try to reset his presidency, yes his goals are not as aggressive as the ones he had in mind before his presidency started but he will try to address the main concern of the American public.

I really liked the part at the end

We have finished a difficult year. We have come through a difficult decade. But a new year has come. A new decade stretches before us. We don't quit. I don't quit.
